This section governs the purchase of “Digital File” products.

A. Grant of License: When you purchase a digital file, SHPapyrus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for Personal Use Only.

B. Personal Use Allows You To:

Download the file and print it for personal display in your home, office, or other personal space.
Give a physical print (not the digital file) as a gift.

C. This License Strictly Prohibits:

Reselling the digital file in any form or on any platform.
Sharing or distributing the digital file with others (e.g., via email, social media, or file-sharing sites).
Using the digital file or any physical prints made from it for any commercial purpose (e.g., in advertising, on merchandise for sale, in a commercial space).
Modifying, altering, or creating new works from the original digital file.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights for the artwork remain with SHPapyrus.

3. Products, Orders, and Payment

We strive to display our product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s or mobile device’s display of any color will be an accurate reflection of the final printed product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You are responsible for all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Shipping and Returns

A. Shipping: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may be charged by their country. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.

B. Returns: All sales are subject to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. As stated in that policy, all sales of Digital Files are final and non-refundable.
