Digital File Delivery
All “Digital File” products are delivered automatically after purchase. You will receive an email with a secure download link. No physical item will be shipped, and this policy does not apply.
Production & Processing Time
All our physical products are high-quality, made-to-order Giclee prints. To ensure the best quality, please allow 1-3 business days for us to produce, frame, and package your art. This production time is separate from and *in addition to* the shipping time.
Production times may be longer during peak holiday seasons.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped. The estimated shipping time depends on your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays can occur.
- North America (USA/Canada): 2-4 business days
- Europe & UK: 2-5 business days
- Rest of the World: 4-10 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. You will be able to see the full shipping cost before you confirm your payment.
International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note: If you are ordering from outside USA or Europe, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (like VAT) when it arrives in your destination country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Address Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible. As per our Return Policy, you will be responsible for the new shipping and handling costs to have the item reshipped.
